It is with great pleasure that Mark and I are sending you this note to thank you for all your hard work helping us find our new home and sell our existing one. As you well know, we had accepted and offer on our home in early May 2006. The plan was to close on that home July 28th and depart for Charlotte, NC where Mark and I were being transferred for work. On July 7, 2006 we were told that we were not relocating to Charlotte, NC and staying in the Denver metropolitan area. Both Mark and I were very happy to be staying in Denver and immediately called you to start the search for our new home, since the exiting one had already been sold, and the closing date was approaching less than 21 days. WOW, did you ever go above and beyond in helping us find our new home. In the next 8 days you and I (Mark was in many of these) were in and out of over 150 homes!!! Since you had found us our previous home, you knew exactly what we were looking for. To my amazement, you and Mark went out and looked at two more houses, while I was traveling on business, and found “the house”. Mark and I are so happy with our covered deck, finished basement, and perfect floor plan in our new home. It truly was a miracle as we were able to close on our old home at 10 AM on July 28th, close on the new home at 1 PM on July 28th, only have to move once, and all of that happened in less than three weeks!!!
