Let me say first of all I have done investment real estate myself, so my choice was to sell a house myself. Well after trying to sell it myself and previous to having Mike Sherrard as a listing agent, I had two real estate agents that did what most do I am sure. They told me what I wanted to hear, were excited about getting the listing and then (after asking repeatedly for special service as I didn't live in Atlanta so I needed the toilets flushed once a week and the bugs swept from the corners) the others did nothing. No toilet flushing, no bugs swept up, not even going by once a week to check the condition of things for an out of town seller (most don't have many if any). Ok so these things may sound minor, as well as watering the plants. There was even a time that the grass needed cutting and Mike was willing and offered to cut the grass at least in the front. Not to mention two open houses and a 200+ mail out of post cards. Full color fliers were done and booklets were put together for the property. Also I might mention daily contact and I frankly have not seen anyone work this hard for a straight commission sale before. Plus he is very pleasant, mild mannered and just all around pleasant, Why am I telling you this???? Because I certainly would refer him and would love for you to do the same. He would not let you down. Of that I am sure. There are no guarantees however, but he will do more than the average agent and that is for sure. Just wanted to pass on the information. I know we all have friends that are agents and I struggled with this but Jeffrey helped me makea decision by saying I had chosen the last two so he was making this decision.Both of the other agents were recommended and have excellent credentials. Really good move this time though. If any of you work with agents, call Mike and make an appointment. He might be able to bring you some business. And even better yet, we have a contract on the Suwanee house! --
